After some in-depth analysis of the situation (also known as asking the Google), I found it was likely a RAM issue. I am currently in the process of repairing a friend's 13 Inch Mid 2012 MacBook Pro (Model 1278). Before I went to begin my repair, I noted that about 50% of the time, upon attempting to boot the system, the system would stay black and go into a loop of 3 beeps. ![]()
